EQ and AQ Test

EQ TEST
I took two EQ from different test. The first is with this link http://testyourself.psychtests.com/, and the result is:

The test includes 146 questions and must be answerable within 45 minutes only. As I take the test, some questions are answered directly because I know what the answers that really fit me in the choices. There are also questions that took me too much time to decide what would be my answer. I get bored at the last part of the test because I read many situations that will asks you if what will you do if you where with him/her. I have the result of 62 over 100 that means have at least basic skill when it comes to identifying, perceiving and expressing emotions in me and others. I agree with this result that I need to improve on this core ability which is the ability to relate others as well as my ability to understand myself. Though I know about me but sometimes I give myself in lacking with confidence.

The second EQ test, I took it within this link http://psychology.about.com/library/quiz/bl_eq_quiz.htm? and the result is:

What's Your EQ?
Emotional Intelligence Test
How Did You Score?
Your results indicate an above average score on emotional intelligence.

What Does Your Score Mean?
People with a better than average score on emotional intelligence tend to be good at interpreting, understanding, and acting upon emotions. They are usually quite good at dealing with social or emotional conflicts, expressing their feelings, and dealing with emotional situations.

It's important to remember that no matter how good your score is, there is always room to improve your emotional intelligence. Consider areas where you are not as strong and think of ways that you can learn and grow. Take stock of your strong points and find ways to continue to develop and apply these skills.

The result is above average merely alike with the result of the first one. Above average in this EQ test means that it tend to be good at interpreting, understanding, and acting upon emotions and usually quite good at dealing with social or emotional conflicts, expressing their feelings, and dealing with emotional situations. Somehow I agree with the statement because actually I am an expressive person, I tell to a person what I really feel and I also deal with emotional conflicts but I think I am not quite good in interpreting or understanding in academics but I am good at it when talking about emotions.

AQ TEST

I took the AQ test with this link http://articles.latimes.com/1998/may/18/news/ss-51010 and the result is 25 which means:

Moderate AQ (19-31) indicates you deal with adversity fairly well, however your performance can be enhanced with a higher AQ.

This AQ test use to predict employees’ levels of success, stress threshold, performance, risk-taking, capacity for change, productivity, perseverance, improvement, energy and health. I agree with the result which is moderate that indicates, I deal with adversity fairly well. I do not like to take too much risk with my life, but what important to me is simply give your best no matter what situation is it.
